1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your organization, "Customer") and GigRemind Technologies Inc., governing your access to and use of the GigRemind platform and websites at gigremind.com.

By accessing the Service, signing up, or deploying automated workflows, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GigRemind provides an automated email reminder platform built specifically for gig workers, freelancers, and solo service professionals. The platform enables users to log client contact information, configure reminder intervals, and send automated re-booking emails to past clients so they are notified when their next service is due.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your workspace. Notify GigRemind Technologies Inc. promptly at hello@gigremind.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Data Ownership & Security

Customer retains 100% ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in all data and records ingested into GigRemind. GigRemind Technologies Inc. claims no ownership over your proprietary assets.

GigRemind Technologies Inc. stores and transfers data solely as necessary to operate the platform on your behalf with 256-bit AES encryption. We do not sell, license, or share Customer records with third parties.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by contacting hello@gigremind.com.

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us when registering for an account, such as name, business email address, and company details.

We use collected information solely to operate, maintain, and provide the features of the GigRemind platform, and to communicate with you regarding service updates and security notifications.
